Feature

5. Winding: equipped with winding device in the front and at the back of the machine, highly applicable, easy to operate and compact winding.
6. Use a mew type of scraper, scraper adjustment is convenient and reliable.
7. The Bronzing Machine uses the semi-open air circulation oven, makes cloth is convenient temperature is accurate.
8. High efficient heating tunnel with air circulating makes sure the heating even, fast speed, energy saving, and great effect.
9. Bronzing Machine also uses oil heated silicone roller with large contact surface and hydraulic press units, conducting a more stable and consistent pressure on material to ensure the bronzing effect.

Description

1) To add color pattern onto fabric and press the fabric with color film (Pattern transfer roller should be installed.)
2) To add color pattern onto color film and press the film with fabric (Pattern transfer roller should be installed.)
3) To add glue onto fabric and press and transfer the color of the film onto fabric ( For this function, the fabric can only get the color of the film without any pattern. That means, all over the fabric surface will have the color. Instead of pattern transfer roller, one full roller should be installed.)
