Use and characteristics of cutting machine
XCLP 3 series automatic feed precision hydraulic four-column plane cutting machine is suitable for cutting various non-metallic sheet materials.For example: plastic suction, pearl cotton packaging, rubber, printing and other industries.
PLC programmable control, simple, fast, accurate operation.
The main engine adopts double cylinder, double crank link balance, and four-column precision steering mechanism, to ensure that the cutting depth of each cutting position is exactly the same.
The pressure plate automatically touches the knife die, so that there is no dimensional error between the upper and bottom layers of the cutting material.
All sliding parts are lubricated by the hydraulic system to reduce wear and ensure the service life and accuracy of the machine.
The bilateral motor automatic feeding mechanism adopts frequency conversion buffer system, which can cut different heights on both sides to improve the working efficiency.
6. Configure the cutting plate micro-moving device to consume the cutting plate evenly and save the cost.
